Above the valley wild winds wail,
The night is black as drifting smoke.
Beneath the yews by Misty River,
A lonely soul walks wrapped in woe.
Upon a distant hill a crimson fire
Burns against the darkened sky.
A hooded rider rides the forest,
Every heart would fear him passing by.

Eyes that glow like burning embers,
Shadows dance on cliffs of stone.
Fear builds castles of illusion
In our hearts and minds alone.

Little robin, sing to me,
By the stream on springtime’s day.
Drive the restless ghosts away,
Bring my peaceful dreams to stay.

Wild Marjoram, St. John’s wort,
Wild thyme scents the evening air.
In the songs of woods and waters
Joy is waiting everywhere.

Morning came to Křivoklát,
Dew was shining clear as glass.
White anemones and apple blossoms
Covered every field and path.
From a rosehip bush there fluttered
Just a spark among the leaves—
A little robin flashed in scarlet
Over emerald forest greens.

„Blend the herbs and gather fruits,
Warm the water from the spring.
Let your fears drift with the current,
Past the stones where waters sing.“

Little robin, sing to me,
By the stream on springtime’s day.
Drive the restless ghosts away,
Bring my peaceful dreams to stay.

Wild Marjoram, St. John’s wort,
Wild thyme scents the evening air.
In the songs of woods and waters
Joy is waiting everywhere.

Hana blends the ancient wisdom
With the scent of rain-soaked trees.
Thoughts become fragrant herbal mixtures,
Stories open hidden paths.
Trees are speaking with human voices
To the ones who dare to hear.
There you’ll find a quiet strength,
The forest’s beauty shining clear.

Little robin, sing to me,
As the sun sinks low tonight.
Guide me safely through the shadows,
Toward the ever-rising light.
